Newer peaceful & comfortable 3 bdrm home in beautiful Erie. Boulder County location convenient to Boulder, Lafayette, Louisville, Broomfield, Longmont, Thornton, Denver. Lots of hiking, walking paths nearby! Utilities share is about $125/month. Bedroom for rent is upstairs with the hall bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen bed & dresser and has a view of the mountains. Unfurnished may be an option if preferred. There is a shared loft/living space that can be used as well. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Prefer someone with outside employment or school. Sorry no pets/couples.

I am 60’s female, friendly, responsible, neat, respectful and very easy to live with. I work from home on weekdays starting at about 7:30AM. When not working, I enjoy hiking, biking, and cooking healthy meals.
