About the room
While it says shared bathroom, that’s only if there are guests, and I can encourage them to use the half bath on one end of the house. Your bathroom will be located in the hallway opposite your room. You have a choice between 2 similar rooms with closets.
No carpet. Planning on getting mats for noise reduction.
About the roomies
I work 4 days per week tues-fri 10:30am-4pm. Pretty clean. Just clean up after yourself and we’ll be fine.
I have a small parrot, so preferably no more animals for her safety, but we can talk.
