Beautiful 2 bed and 1 bath place with one room available. This room is perfect for a young professional, older person with income restrictions, mature student, or any other relaxed individual.
Rent is $495 per month (half of rent). Water, internet and trash are included and you would split electric bill each month.
The place is recently renovated and gorgeous.
The lease is a takeover and ends in 2/28/25. You would be swapped in on the lease and income verification of 3x rent is required.
About the roomies
Your roommate would be a relaxed and semi retired women (58). She is very clean. She moved to Johnson City from San Diego to be closer to family. She mostly keeps to herself but is very friendly (her daughter is writing this post).
Originally her friend was going to share ethe space with her but had to back out last minute.
