Felix Street

Though Felix st can get a bit dicey traffic wise, it is an overall convenient residential area with close access to Smith Street and Aldi! Both rooms in the apartment are fairly sizable despite their roof-slanted-ness, and my ex-roommate’s room is going to be re-carpeted and fresh for the new move in! We have two other floors with lovely neighbors, coin-operated laundry in the basement as well as a bit of storage space with permission, a very lenient landlord, and my soon-to-be lovely cat, Cherokee! We also have off street parking in a lot right behind the apartment building! There’s LOTS of space in the apartment for furniture to create a comfortable common living room area as well as dining room area, so if you have your own pet(s), we can figure out what space to dedicate to them as well! :) Also!!! The rooms are pretty soundproof especially if you close your door, so that’s an added bonus!!! I am dog friendly so as long as your dog can get along with cats and respect their space, though I also would prefer not to go over having two pets in the home at a time!

Hello!!! I’m Null!!! I’m nearly 22 come this April, work full time as a visual merchandiser and part time as a content creator for YouTube/Twitch, lover of cats and various art mediums, oh— and I also love video games, especially Nintendo!! I’m extremely clean, though I can be a bit of a tornado on my own sometimes, but I never leave chores unfinished! I am a huge fan of organized charts and planning, so we’d have a cohesive chore chart to divvy up duties, and planned common area cleaning days to keep our space spick-and-span!!!! I would be the only other roommate in the apartment, so there’d be no other people to have to worry about, really! Other than my cat, but she’s a sweetie!!! I also very much respect boundaries and asks, low drama is my want in life!!!!
