There is some flexibility with move in. You must qualify with your income to live here. Security deposit is same as the rent.

Close to the George Mason campus and walking distance to old town Fairfax. Two story condo on the second floor. A solid size room with ensuite bathroom. Downstairs has a kitchen and half bath. Utilities are separate but come up to another hundred to hundred and fifty which is split in half.

I currently work at the university and the lease will be renewed with the right roommate for a year ending May 2025. I work four to five days on site. Home in the afternoons and on the weekends. The house is very quiet and the neighborhood is too.
