Hi my name is Kayla & I’m listing my boyfriends extra room for rent. Him & his roommate (who is female) are both extremely busy, clean & quiet. They’ve been roommates a little over 3 years & have never had problems.

A little about your future housemates: His roommate is in the process of getting into a nursing program and owns her own business. He works in the law field and works 12-16 hour shifts. When he’s home during the day he sleeps due to being on night shift, which is why it’s typically always quiet. She’s very respectful to his job and also helps with house chores, as does he on his days off. They both work and travel a lot. They pretty much mind their own business and try to help each other when needed. If you are looking to live in a stress free environment this is the perfect house to do so.

The 2 standard rooms share a bathroom and come with mounted TVs. It’s important to note that house chores are shared.
