Searching for a reliable, responsible roommate to occupy a bedroom with an attached bathroom on the bottom floor of a townhouse. Available March 15th. The townhouse is equipped with 4 BR, and 3.5 baths, a balcony, a fair sized dining room and living room, and large garage, though both spots in the driveways are currently taken. There is street parking available, if you own a car. This is a house that requires a weekly chore or two, so please be able and willing to do minor chores as a condition of living with us. This is non-negotiable, sorry to drive it home, but we’ve had too many lazy roommates to not make this a deal. No transphobes, please. Must be a dog person, there’s three small ones of ‘em in the house, and two cats. The room itself is a good size (122 square feet) with a nice closet and the bathroom is fully equipped with a tub and shower. Rent is $494 each a month, plus utilities (about $100-$150 a month, usually closer to $100). Rent is being raised in July to $543. Still a steal at that rate. There’s also a charge of $60 a month for purchase of household supplies, which I do as needed. These include sponges, disinfecting wipes, other cleaning supplies, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, air freshener plug-ins, etc. Total MAX cost? About $710 until July, when it raises by $49. So after July, MAX monthly cost is about $760. Again, a bargain at that rate, with the size of the house and your own private bathroom. We’d love to talk with you about living with us. Hit us up!
