Sheba's room

2 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs unit with off street parking. I am subletting on a month to month basis my 2nd furnished bedroom. It has a full size bed, a nightstand, with curtains on the window. You can bring your own TV or Desk if you want. You will have your own bathroom and share common spaces like kitchen and laundry. This is a No Smoking, No Drinking, No Partying, No Cannabis or any kind of Drug use and no overnight guests house. I am looking for one person, no couples, no children, no pets, plants okay. Candidate has to observe quiet time, and be mindful of the other person. An ideal candidate will be a traveling nurse, student, a working professional or a Military spouse. I would prefer a face to face meeting with anyone interested. This is a month to month arrangement and can be terminated by either party with a 30 day notice. First 30 days will be a trial run to see how you both get along.

Sheba, adult daughter of a senior citizen who manages the property is looking for somebody who will get along well with mom. Mom is reserved, minds her business, is home a lot, cooks often and would get along well with someone who respects her personal space. We are easy going and friendly, we would like to meet whoever may be interested together.
