Jose's room

Very nice, clean and basic room. Located walking distance to the dollar tree on Foster, walking distance from plain pantry, Henry Higgins boiled bagels, and bars/restaurants. Close to the lents max stop, bus lines into downtown, clackamas and the airport. There is one off street space that is open for guests or can be reserved for extra money in the lease agreement. Currently, there is one cat already living in the house, so there is no more room for any pets due to the lease.

We are looking for a quiet individual who is not a night owl and ok with a cat. Must be respectful of other peoples belongings and clean in the kitchen. Landlord requires renters insurance, and two paystubs as proof of income. 1st roommate: I work in the kitchen at a bakery so I have a lot of early mornings. I do a lot of cooking at home so that’s why a clean kitchen is very important to me. 2nd roommate: I just go to work and watch tv. The kitchen is mostly 1st roomies domain. I leave a lot on weekends to visit my girlfriend in Lake Oswego. I will be the roommate that you share a bathroom with downstairs.
