Gated condo/townhouse community in Kent. We have a pool and small fitness room. There are walking trails near by as well as grocery stores, movie theater and restaurants.

41 year old woman who has recently returned to school for my masters in Clinical Mental Health Therapy. I currently work from home but I also travel to Texas quite often. I have one dog who is a little territorial. I’m not opposed to another dog but it might take a while before they’re acclimated. I’m looking for a roommate in my age range who keeps a clean space and wouldn’t mind having dinner or glass of wine occasionally.
