Hey y’all. My friend and I are looking for a roommate or a couple in their late 20s to early 30s to rent out a master bedroom. The room will be vacated and cleaned out by the end of April. Internet and power bills will be split, but the other bills are included in the price. The apartment community has a pool, gym, basketball court, and other amenities. I’m Alex (legal name is still Leslie), a 32 y/o grad student and cashier. Octaviano is 28, cleans offices, and has two chihuahuas. We work evenings and often stay up until 12-1am watching movies/TV or playing video games. We’re chill, respectful and quiet as needed, though. We also don’t drink, smoke cigarettes, throw parties, or leave messes.
