I’m a professional working musician. Recently played for members of Santana And Quiet Riot. I’m out mist nights either teaching, playing open mics or performing with one of several bands I freelance for. You play? Even better as you can make the second room a studio ! I’ve been teaching drums for over 39 years. Don’t worry in the house. I use electronic drums that can be nearly silent. I’ve never had a noise complaint *at this location…. Things ready to view by the 21rst.
