Shared space on the main level includes large eat in kitchen, living room, powder room, family room with another eating area, laundry and sunroom. There is a large 1.5 acre yard with fire pit. Garage space for one car and all utilities are included. Perfect for a non-smoking student or a traveling nurse needing a nice furnished space in a safe area. NO pets please, as I have two dogs.
