Shared space on the main level includes large eat in kitchen, living room, powder room, family room with another eating area, main floor laundry and sunroom. There is a large 1.25 acre yard with fire pit area and large paver patio with a pergola. All utilities are included in the rent! Short term to one year lease preferred. Perfect for a non-smoking student, summer intern or a traveling nurse needing a nice furnished space in a safe area. NO pets please, as I have three dogs. (Two little dogs and one German Shepherd)
