Silkwood Court

The house is 10 minutes from the airport in a nice and secluded neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom on the opposite side of the house from mine. There is a guest bathroom that will be all yours except for when company is over. Publix and Town Madison are within an 8 minute drive. There is not a huge backyard but enough for a dog to run around in.

I am a single man who is easy to get along with and not too strict with the rules. All I ask is that you’re respectful of the property, don’t smoke in the house, and clean up after yourself. If you have a pet please clean up after them. I don’t really care if you have company over but please ensure they adhere to the rules above as well.
