Hello! I am currently looking to rent out the basement of my house. Open to female and male roommates! The house is located 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Cheyenne mountain and the Red Rock open space, and 15 minutes to the Garden of the Gods. Desiring 1 year lease, flexible renting is available.
About the basement:
The suite is excellent and BIG! At approximately 900 sf, it includes a walk in shower, private bathroom, an abundance of storage, HUGE walk in closet, private living room (with 65“ TV), among many other things.
The house is fully furnished including the bedrooms. All necessities will be available at the move-in date. The room also includes a hanging mirror, a dresser, and a large full closet. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED- including Wi-Fi! Parking is onsite.
About the house:
Shared spaces include the upstairs living room, kitchen, and downstairs storage space as needed. There is also a bike garage!
Also have newly renovated the backyard to include a patio, outdoor kitchen, hammock, and a pergola that are all to be shared!
Requirements:
If you have a pet, rent would be an extra $100 2.5x monthly income $1200 deposit (refundable and negotiable)
About the roomies
Some great, quiet, professionals between 25 and 30. One male, one female. They are very nice, and I have enjoyed living with them!
