Oma's room

Property sits on a corner lot in a desirable location of Fairfield, west side of Fairfield. It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bath. With natural lights, big front and backyard. Rooms available are medium sized, one person per room. The neighborhood is super quiet so you may have to get used that :)

Utilities are not included and will be shared. Room can come furnished or not.. furnished will be a different price than what you see now. One person per room.. I will consider bundling 2 rooms for $1800. I don’t want to rent to more than 2 people. A little about me: I am 32 year old female professional. I enjoy alone time and spending time with friends and working out. I envision fun game nights and cooking with friends or just roommates.

No current roommates just me for now :). I want to create a fun little community :)
