About the room
This home is so close to campus! 10 minute walk from Ball States Campus 5 minute walk to the Village If you’re in Nursing, a 6 minute walk to the Science Buildings!
The rooms are extremely spacious, along with lots of storage! Each room can fit a Queen size bed Vanity or desk Dresser Night stand
Washer and Dryer is included by our rental company! Majority of kitchen appliances, bathroom necessities, and other home appliances will be included. There are some things that will have to be bought, but there is not a lot!

About the roomies
The two girls who are going to be living here with you are some of the best people. They’re my closest friends, and I think of them as the life of the party! They are extremely goofy, outgoing, and just all around super fun. Going out on weekdays and weekends is something we do, along with lots of get togethers! Next year is our senior year, so they will be leaving after the lease ends on July 30, 2025!
