About the room
Property: We are renting out a bedroom in our 3 bed 2 bath house. The bedroom has a window seat, a twin bed that pulls out into a king (can remove bed if needed), and a sliding door closet. The living room, kitchen, and laundry room are fully furnished and available to use. The bathroom has a tub/shower and will be shared between two of the bedrooms. We allow pets, utilities are included, and we have a fenced in backyard with a large in ground garden. We also have two patio chairs, an above ground firepit, and a bbq grill. The washer and dryer machines are only two years old and available for use. This is a month-to-month lease with the assumption it will automatically renew unless landlord or tenant gives notice otherwise. The garage will be available for storage if needed. There is driveway or street parking available.
Location: The house is located near Karcher exit. The neighborhood has a lot of families, a walking pathway, and a park around the block. The following is some information about the time it takes to get to popular locations: 5 minutes - Regal Theater, Winco, CWI Canyon County Campus, Home Depot, Axe Throwing, Planet Fitness, Midway Park & Pickleball Courts 10 minutes - Walmart, Costco, Paul Mitchell School 15 minutes - CWI Nampa Main Campus, NNU Campus, Nampa Rec Center
Upcoming: We are planning on renting out two bedrooms. When the other one is ready for rent, the current tenant will get priority to choose to switch or stay before offering to potential tenants.
About the roomies
We are a pretty quiet married couple that enjoys spending our evenings watching tv together, playing video games, reading, or playing card games. Logan loves hiking, hunting, and playing video games. Jenessa loves playing tennis, watching tv, listening to music, and gardening. We both work from home in accounting roles. Ideally we would like to be friends, or at least friendly, with anyone joining our home.
We also have a cat. We have installed a pet door so she is normally outside during the day. The pet door could work for small dogs.
