• You’ll have an entire floor to yourself
• Your own full bathroom
• Your own private entrance from the backyard
• The bedroom will be unfurnished and offers plenty of storage space
• Easily fits a king bed and a desk with room to spare to get creative
• Bedroom is garden level
• You’d be sharing the house with only one other person (me) and a cat.
• If you are a couple, I would consider giving you the upstairs (2 king bedrooms + full bath)

• Rent is $1250/month + $65 for WSGG for one person OR
• $833.33/month + $43.33 WSGG per person for a couple.
• Monthly income of 3x rent and decent credit required by management
• Security deposit = one month’s rent
• Internet and electric are separate.
• Rental insurance required, approx $13/month paid quarterly.
• Lease ends November 1st, where you would have the option to renew and truly make the place your own.

About You?

• Ideally clean, quiet, and respectful (pretty simple - don’t be gross, don’t be mean, and no parties please)
• Animal lover. No other pets at this time (I wish, so sorry!)
• Creative types and progressive thinkers encouraged
• I’m pretty independent, so we don’t necessarily have to be BFFs, but I’m always open to building lasting and meaningful friendships!

• More Hobbies, Interests, Other Fun Stuff: hiking, bikes, nature, lattes and donuts, cats, anything design related, health and personal development, psychology podcasts, the occasional DIY project, kind of nerdy, movies often, video games sporadically
