Jason's room

This is a newly-built residence where a downstairs room is available. Every room has it’s own bathroom. Utilities shall be in addition to the rent. Due to the nature of my work, I’d like to have roommates to be home (more description about this below). Laundry is onsite, and the bedrooms will be furnished with a bed. There is one garage parking space available.

I am a full time consultant with occasional travels away for couple weeks at a time so it’d be nice having a couple roommates to be home. Other roommate is a sales professional for a medical part company and she has a well-behaved cat so hope you’re ok with that. I prefer a female roommate who knows having a clean home does make a difference. Cats are ok, no dogs unfortunately, sorry. I’m easy going and I am selective and not in a hurry to rent the room to ensure accepted roommates will get along fine. To this point, background check is required.
