About the room
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a woman or girl who is willing to sublet my room from May 22nd to August 31st, 2024. It’s one bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment. You will be living with another girl who is very clean and respectful, so you won’t need to talk with her at all. Each of us has our own bedroom.
1223 Beacon street📍The building is located in Brookline, with the T station right in front (St. Paul station - Green C line). Heat, water, electricity, and trash removal are included. There’s also laundry and an elevator in the building.
The rent is $1,700, but it’s negotiable. I’m flexible with everything, including the move-in date and price, so we can discuss it.

About the roomies
She is a student who is very clean and respectful. We have never had a fight about anything. When we encounter problems with living arrangements, I talk to her and discuss them calmly. She is a nice roommate.
