Nestled quietly in the heart of Perkaise is a three-story home, with the third floor earmarked for rent, complete with ample storage space in the hallway and basement. This house is strategically located in the center of Perkasie, just a short stroll away from eateries, a coffee shop, and vast, serene park areas bordering the creek. This tranquil sanctuary provides quick access to countless potential adventures out in the world.

As a dad, my weekdays are consumed by my day job, and I’m often out and about throughout the week. Generally, I’m a private person, a trait I share with my flatmate who works remotely and prefers his peace. We are both calm, focused individuals, always on the go, but maintaining a positive outlook. We value a flatmate who shares this balanced approach to life, someone who is on a path of self-improvement and growth, and who exudes positivity. Cleanliness and respect are also paramount.
