I have a 2bd 2 ba apt that has 1 bd and 1ba available for rent starting 4/15. Utilities included in price. This is located in the Camden Tempe complex. Great amenities, pool, and location. Private Bathroom, shared kitchen. Laundry in unit.

I’m seeking a friendly roommate either male or female. Ideally seeking someone that I can be friends/friendly/chill with. No pets, overnight guests are ok 1-2 days a week, and no smoking please. I’m not pot friendly, unless you only use a pen or edible (flower smells really really bad.)

First and last month rent required before moving in. Month to Month lease. Great way to move in without having to pay admin fees, utilities, etc.

About Me: I’m a thirty yo master student at ASU working and studying in the Finance field. I’m very quiet and chill. I’ve found roommates previously on here and it worked out well.
