You can live in a beautiful 3 Bdrm/2 Bath apartment in a luxurious property centrally located within walking distance of all St. Pete’s Central Avenue has to offer!

The apartment is spacious at 1409 sq ft and has a balcony, granite countertops, in-unit W/D, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, lounge, and so much more! This community is absolutely beautiful! There is a concierge, and the building is secure with resident access only. You will love it!

The 3rd bedroom can be for a shared office space, depending on what you do for work and how much time we would be ‘sharing it’ based on video calls. If you’d prefer just the room and bath, we can work the adjusted rent out together

It’s close to Publix, cafes, and restaurants, and the people here are friendly and polite.

There is a parking garage where you can get a space for only $50/month if you have a car, and there are free bike cages to secure your other transportation if you like.

I’m looking for a conscious, caring, mostly quiet, clean, and happy person to share this space with to make it uber-affordable for this level of luxury.

You must be responsible, independent, open-minded, liberal, compassionate, and be an excellent communicator. No parties are allowed, but you can entertain once in a while as I will also.

I love to share my space and my life with caring people who love to grow and learn and share ideas with others. I’m very interested in personal growth and spend lots of time listening and reading. I’m also a real estate investor so I travel somewhat and am often acquiring properties and working with my teams in different areas of the country by Zoom.

The ultimate situation would be an easygoing person who is financially stable and wants to enjoy the abundance in life without having to spend too much.

I love to read, walk, play games, travel, billiards, ask good questions, and ponder the truth of our reality here on this planet. I am an Abraham follower and a Tony Robbins Platinum Partner. I love adventures and new experiences, along with art, music, and philosophical conversations. I am not married to my opinions and am always willing to consider other viewpoints, so you can’t be steadfast in yours, as it makes for contention and uneasiness IMO.

You? I’d love it if you were between 35 - 70, outgoing, independent, clear on what you want, active, optimistic, excited about your life, healthy self-esteem, and clear of drama and lack of integrity.

I don’t watch much TV, and if I do, it has to be reasonably healthy shows that depict mature human interactions and leave you feeling good. So no news or reality TV!
