Kristina's room

I have a room to rent in my home. Includes a full bathroom in your room and a sliding glass door to back yard and small patio also a ceiling fan for that one month of hot weather here :). The rent is $800 a month and includes all utilites. I am a homeowner so that includes water,sewer, trash, pge, nw natural gas and internet. There is on street parking as I only have a single car driveway. There is some storage in the single car garage available. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Single mom, one kid (middle school age). Our rooms are on the 3rd floor while yours would be on the 1st floor. 2nd floor is kitchen/living room, my desk in corner and 1/2 bathroom. I work from home. We try to get out on weekends and have fun but we are always home due to work and school. I need it reasonably quiet M-F 8-5 due to work. But if my son can do it I think its attainable :)
