About the room
**pricing does not include utilities which we all split equally. I would budget for $100-150 extra each month.
We have a 2000+ sq feet house with two and a half bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Half of our basement has been updated as well creating a 5th room. We have a nice bathtub, 2 full size fridges, and plenty of room. Washer and dryer on premises as well as WiFi. STREET PARKING. Also we are PET FRIENDLY. Our current roommate is getting accepted in her dream job and another country. We’re looking to fill her place. Interested in finding other young professionals to live with
About the roomies
We currently have three awesome, clean and neat, responsible, caring, friendly people and we are looking for one more. As a big house, we need roommates who can keep community spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) clean and who enjoy meeting people. Preferably female, background check required. LGBT+ friendly
