● Choice of two bedrooms available in 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located 4-5 minutes walking distance from 2nd St entrance of St. Mary’s campus.

● In-house washer and dryer, dish washer, and two car garage parking. Abundant storage space, finished attic, large fenced-in back yard with firepit. Lawn is taken care of in the summertime. The house is fully furnished, so all you have to bring are your bedroom furnishings!

● Rent is $700 + split utilities. I am willing to negotiate a combined rent and utilities price based on the historic average.

● My lease renews on June 1st, but my current roommate will be moved out in early April. With this being the case, I’d be willing to work with an earlier move in date.

● I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years, and I’ve fallen in love with the features and character of this house. The landlord has been great with any needed repairs and has upgraded several things since I’ve moved in. I’ve built relationships with two of the three surrounding neighbors. The house does not have central air, so an A/C unit will be necessary for your room during the summer months.

☆ First come, first serve on room choice and garage parking IF both rooms are filled. Cost of rent will also drop with both rooms filled.

I’m 31, and I work full-time second shift. I’m quiet, clean, and organized, and I am looking for someone else who is too. I rarely have people over to the house.
