I have two rooms available , one is a little bit smaller. This listing is for use of both rooms. The smaller has a desk available, great study/office space. The bedroom has a Queen Casper Memory Foam mattress available that was rarely used if you’d like to use that. Both rooms get wonderful natural light and have ceiling fans. Small closets in both rooms.

Bathroom is shared, but it’s a decent size with two drawers for your own storage as well as a shared cabinet for larger items.

Backyard is fenced in. I have a fire pit and furniture available for your use.

Recently downsized on decor, currently it’s pretty minimal in the living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two comfortable couches, coffee table, 6 person dining table. A few plants and lava lamps, and lots of records you’re welcome to enjoy.

Parking available in small lot behind back yard in alley, or street parking. It’s a quiet street.

I would consider myself a friendly, open minded, dependable and easy going person. I currently live alone and am pretty quiet. I spend far too much time in bed cuddling with my cat when I get home from work. I’m gone Monday-Friday 730-4 for my job. I spend most evenings and weekends at home, but I will 100% respect your privacy and space. I do enjoy thrifting on occasion and going to nature preserves.

I am really not a dog person, but would be ok with 1 cat.

I’m honestly not desperate for a roommate, but the rooms sit empty and I figure if I find the right fit, why not!
