Great newly renovated apartment off second street in el cajon. my roommate moved out and i continued the new lease for another year (although its month to month) I am 24, work full time as an esthetician in del mar, im pet friendly, 420 friendly, guest friendly. I am very laid back i just ask that you keep your stuff clean and the bills are paid on time as my name is on the lease!
About the roomies
Like I said its just me. The apartment has tile in the living bathroom and kitchen and the bedrooms are carpet. Your room is big enough to fit a queen size comfortably and has a big window and a big closet. Im looking to have someone move in may 1st.I also pay 120$ for wifi and youre welcome to split that with me as well
