Looking for someone to join our 3 Bedroom/ 1 Bath apartment in North Beach near Washington Square Park - posting since our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend (ooo lala). We would prefer someone very clean/orderly (8 to 10), good communicator, and who would be interested in group activities (cooking meals together, going out together, watching shows/movies/SPORTS!, etc). The room will be available in March 26 for a 1 year lease. No dogs allowed, but cats are! Please fill out this survey if you’re interested and we will get back to you!

About the area: We adore North Beach - there are lots of fantastic restaurants/bars and it is always very lively at night/on weekends. Trader Joes is close by (10m walk) and lots of local boutique grocers (Lukes Local, The Nature Shop) or corner stores too. Nearby bus stations (8/30/45) go to SOMA/FiDi (5m walk). Very safe, easy to walk around in the evening, but pretty hilly.

Roommates: Andrew & Christina

Christina: I’m a 27 year old architectural designer originally from greater Philadelphia. I live/work/play North Beach (WFH 2 days a week) so I spend a lot of time in the apartment and neighborhood. I am pretty much down for any type of fun activity and am always looking for friends to go adventuring with in and out of the city. Very silly, so you’ll have to deal with my bad jokes and sass (sorry). Don’t smoke, enjoy a good party, very clean, and love to cook/eat tasty food (I have no dietary restrictions, but cook mostly veg).

Andrew: Hey im Andrew! I grew up in New Jersey and studied engineering at UCLA. I work in fidi but my role is hybrid so im usually wfh 2-3 days a week. In my free time i usually go to the gym, run errands, or cook. Some weekends I’ll go out with friends and some I’ll relax and catch up on chores.
