About the roomies
I am looking for someone to take over my lease. My roommate is a close friend so I know him pretty well. If you keep the common area clean and is respectful then ya’ll will work great together. My roommate works from home M-F, he is adventurous and enjoys exploring hiking locations and bar/restaurants. Because he is a close friend I do not want just anyone taking over my lease and would require a meet and greet to ensure that the vibe is good.
