I’m looking to sublease my room from April to July with the option of signing a year lease beginning in July. It’s a Large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house located in a super nice neighborhood . We choose to only fill 3 rooms to have a guest room for friends and family. Rent is 845 plus utilities. The room is large with two windows with good lighting. We’re looking for someone who is reliable and tidy. There are two other girls who are extremely sweet and respectful. Large backyard with nice patio furniture and fireplace.
