About the room
3 BR, 1 1/2 bath with parking and fenced in yard. Quiet neighborhood. The room for rent is 9 x 10, unfortunately there is no closet in that room.
We are looking for a female roommate between the age of 50-70. We have 4 small dogs and a cat, all very friendly.
