Renting out our second master room with private bathroom in 2 story house on 2nd floor…Rent will be $1,200 for single occupant…for a couple $1,400 a month….optional to rent out the loft as well rite next to room and well charge 2k for the entire second floor …looking for 6months contract anything longer can be discussed we’re open…no drugs or smoking inside the house at all…room has updated carpets and last picture is the loft if you want to rent entire 2nd floor…it will be street parking very calm street…you will have laundry room access and can use the fridge and kitchen just clean up after yourself…we will designate cupboard and cabinet space as well…bills are included in rent and WiFi available
