This is a single family residence. Renting master bedroom with private bathroom which has been recently renovated (double sink). Lots of natural morning light, and window to the back patio trees.

This house has a front yard and a back yard/patio for entertaining, fruit trees, and garage for some storage. Shared areas of the home will be kitchen, dining, living room, garage gym and garden. This home has central A/C, and has on site washer/dryer.

Altadena is a highly coveted area, with close vicinity to Pasadena, La Cañada, Eagle Rock within 5-10 minutes from the house. 20 mins to Burbank Studios. Close to the 210 Fwy for easy commute. 5-10 mins away from Old Town Pasadena, Rose Bowl, Huntington Hospital, JPL, Cal Tech, Descanso Gardens, the Los Angeles Crest forest.

If you’re an outdoorsy person, you’ll be pleased to know there are a lot of hiking trails in the JPL area as well as upper Altadena, and Los Angeles Crest.

Home is adjacent to an elementary school. Windows are triple-pane throughout the house for privacy/quietness.

I’m single mother with a 4 year old daughter. I love the outdoors, gardening, baking, and finding fun places to eat.
