I’m a very active socially single woman but I tend to lead quiet life with no drama. Separate kitchen but I do not cook much. I have cleaning help 3 days a week and I rarely entertain at home. looking for a roommate values their privacy. Non-smoking. I am a light consumer of wine on occasion and am a non drug user. I am semi-retired golf writer and own a Palm Beach website. I hold an advanced education and have worked for numerous corporations primarily in Manhattan and Boston, California and Hong Kong. I am a reader. I have numerous furniture available but to date have not chosen bed as so many applicants already have beds. It is the end unit on the intercoastal and ground floor. I’m very cooperative and helpful in making you comfortable living here. You can set up room, eat in your room if you wish you can have your own television if you wish.
