Full kitchen with dishwasher, central A/C. Your bedroom is 12’ x 10’. The floor in the apt is all vinyl, no carpet. Includes Internet. Split the electric bill (around $100/month). East Pensacola Heights has restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 9 min to downtown, 19 min to UWF.

I live in the main bedroom and ensuite bathroom. I don’t smoke. I drink occasionally. I don’t have any pets because I’m allergic. I don’t have a TV, so it’s pretty quiet. I use my phone for videos and music. I work 2pm to 11pm, but I am able to work from home part of the time.
