South Beacon - Near light Rail - Furnished or Unfurnished - I have a separate entrance bottom floor unit in my home. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and living space. There is also a shared entrance to the main floor of the house. There is a fenced back yard. We are dog friendly, and am open to dogs if they are a good match. Cats are welcome as well.

I grew up in Seattle and have lived here my whole life. I’m 37 years old, I have two dogs and I work from home as a case manager/licensed mental health counselor. I like a tidy house, like prefer shoes off at the front door but I’m not a stickler about it.

I enjoy spending a lot of time with my friends and family in the area. I volunteer with adults with developmental disabilities and guide teenagers on back packing trips in the summers. I don’t drink very much, I used to be a bartender for many years and while I like to go out, I just don’t drink much very much anymore. I enjoy traveling but can’t do much international travel these days with my job, but I try to take to domestic trips when I can.

I love my neighborhood; I have great neighbors who I can hang out with and some that I just wave to :) . Transportation to downtown is soooo easy with the light rail so that Downtown/Capitol Hill never feels that far away.

I hope you find a roommate who is queer-friendly, enjoys sharing a kitchen together, keeps a low-moderate level of noise in the house during working hours, and enjoys the excitement of coming home to some cute dogs.
