This is a 3 story 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome. 2 car garage (1 space for you). Plenty of storage space in garage where I currently keep my surfboard and bike as well as a fully equipped squat rack/home gym. Closet for more storage in entryway. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stovetop, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Balcony on second floor. Washer and dryer in unit on third floor as well as a linen closet. You would takeover the master bed and master bath. You also have full access to the pool and there is a great running path behind the townhomes that goes along the wildlife preserve. Right across the street from the gym and only a couple miles from the beach. One year lease. Internet included. Water and electricity is split evenly ($120/person average). Pets okay with additional pet deposit.

You would be sharing the house with just me. I am active duty military in my early 30s. I travel often for work. I am a very social and active person. I don’t currently have any pets but am considering getting either a cat or a dog over the next year. If you have any questions please just ask! Looking for someone who is comfortable and respectful with sharing spaces and is a good communicator. Female roommate preferred but will take male into consideration if it’s a good fit.
