Hello, Currently looking to replace two rooms in my home ASAP as both of my roommates have moved out without notice after rent was due so looking for fairly soon to help cover the bills they left me with at the moment. Pretty open and laid back guy the gets along with most people as long as you have a good attitude and don’t do hard drugs. Cannabis and Alcohol are fine with me. Home is shared and I upkeep common areas daily so it is always welcoming and organized for a peace of mind navigating long days and one less stress of the day. Rooms are $750 plus 1/3 of utilities. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath property in a lovely Tempe neighborhood with tile in common areas, Kitchen and carpet in bedrooms. Cute upgraded kitchen with a spacious living room with double door entry to courtyard. Shutters and blinds throughout house with a large, spacious backyard with built in fireplace and Barbeque. The home has easy access to the 101, 60, local transit, city transit, lightrail as well as Mill Ave, Whole foods, trader joes, Fry’s, ASU and the newly remodeled Clark park. The two rooms will be sharing a bathroom.
