Hello! I’m moving out and looking for someone to finish my lease (3 months left April- July) this beautiful DTLA apartment. This is a 1bd/1ba 792 sq. ft. home with a beautiful kitchen, spacious walkway entrance and extended balcony with views of The Broad and Walt Disney Hall. The unit includes cable and wifi in the rent. Amenities are included such concierge package storage lockers, front desk and security 24/7 as well as a gym, yoga studio, computer center, rooftop pool, spa, hot tub, rooftop lounge and a movie theatre. Laundry facilities are shared within the community but I actually enjoyed it as I could wash 3 loads at the same time. Utilities are paid directly through the complex as well. Minimum 2.5x the rent income requirement.

I worked remote while living here and enjoyed the convenience of walking downstairs to Starbucks, Pressed Juice, Chipotle, Mendocinos or any of the food trucks parked on the block. It’s a relatively safe place to live & close to Grand Central Market and multiple banks within walking distance.
