Ginger's room

Townhouse Close in Downtown Lexington. Has its own private room with its own bathroom. I live alone and my things are in that room now but will moved them out and put them in storage, comfortable double bed can stay, I have a desk in their as well, will move my things out of the walk-in closet. I have always lived alone here, bought it 3 years ago and have be updating the home, new carpet upstairs, LVP flooring downstairs, had painting done, and changed fixtures, and still working on doing a few more things, its very nice, and clean, I am a very clean person. 2 full bedrooms upstairs ( Master which I am in) has its own shower and garden tub and the other room has its own bathroom private. The spare room has a double bed and a desk and a few of my things in it which I will clean out and find a place for my things that are in the walk-in closet. Just need maybe a week or less to get things moved out of the way. The bed and desk can stay. Kitchen, and washer and dryer and great room you are more than welcome too, I would like someone that is clean and neat as I am. Easy to get to know and easy to get along with, thought about getting a roommate before but now I decided why not.
