Will pair well with someone who has a 9-5ish job at the office or someone in a similar industry

I don’t use this space to party, and will ask the same, and that we maintain a quiet, CLEAN space . Will ask you to sign a roommate agreement in addition to the requirements of the property mgmt when adding you to the official leasing agreement .
