5 story townhouse, each room has its own floor and bathroom attached. the basement and top room will be available August 1st. we have a large kitchen and shared living space, as well as on suite laundry. parking is available in the driveway, guest parking and close street parking, as well as a 2 car garage that we share. we have a small porch off the living room, and a large porch going up to the front door. there’s 4 rooms all together.

we are pretty quiet and keep to ourselves, but would love to hang out or have a movie night if you’re open to that! my other roommate has a cat but he’s an angel and very clean. we are looking for someone that keeps up with chores and cleans up after themselves! let me know if you have any questions!
