4 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment located in Allston, MA. The apartment is beautiful and we already have appliances, a couch, plates/bowls,/cups, utensils, and a big living room TV (which you are free to use). The only thing you would need to bring is items for your bedroom.

The area is great too, it is a 10 minute walk to Boston Landing commuter rail, and about a 12-15 minute walk to two stops on the green line (Harvard Ave. and Packards Corner). It is also close to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is right off of the Mass pike for easy commutes as well. Maddie and I both work in person and commute out of the city.

The rent price is $1,300 for each roommate (for a total of $5,200/month). The utilities are not included but when split 4 ways are not too bad. Ideal move in is 9/1/24.

Hello! My name is Jayne and my roommate Maddie and I are currently living at 9 Mansfield St in Allston, MA. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, and our other two roommates are going their separate ways once the lease is up. We love the apartment and do not want to move, so we are looking for 2 new roommates to occupy those rooms! We both commute outside Boston for work. When we are home we like to cook, watch movies, and watch sports. We love a good laugh. On the weekends we like to walk to the local bars, and also venture out to see some of our friends.
