Lauren's room

It’s a very cute duplex! Ours is the large front unit that really just feels like a standalone house. We have a front yard, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and hardwood/ tile floors throughout. The landlord lives one street over and takes care of maintenance issues quickly.

The room is huge with a vaulted ceiling and its own wall-mounted AC unit. It’s separate from the other rooms, and directly off of the kitchen which has its own sliding door entrance, so really you can see as much or as little of us as you like.

We’re a nerdy couple with a 3 year old child and a cat. One nonbinary IT Specialist who works from home most days and one female stay-at-home mom who sews when she has time.

Our child has free run of most of the house except for the room that would be yours. He can be loud at times, but our current housemate days that with the door closed, he can hardly hear him.

Our cat is a sweet cuddle bug and usually very polite.
