Hi everyone! I’m looking to a fill a third bedroom in our 3-bedroom flat in Chinatown, San Francisco. The room available is spacious, has great afternoon lighting, and although there is no built in closet, there is a pretty big closest available for use right across the room (just a couple inches away). There’s a balcony in the back and roof access as well with an amazing view. It’s a great location in between North Beach, Nob Hill, and Chinatown and very walkable. The rent is almost unheard of for this area so it’s a really sweet deal. Water is included we just pay for trash and PGE.

I am a 26yr old full-time worker and part time student. Most of my work days are pretty busy so you’ll rarely see me during the day! I’m friendly and very respectful of personal space. There will be a new tenant moving in come around July, and she is a very nice 21yr old full-time student. We are looking for someone clean, organized, and respectful.
