Samantha's room

This master bedroom with bathroom is situated on the first floor of a quiet and comfortable apartment. The complex is equipped with laundry room, gym, swimming pool, club house, pet parks and other recreational areas.

I am graduating in May and my room will be available for another student or young professional who is looking for a comfortable home. There are two other college students living in the apartment, one is a full-time graduate student and the other is a part-time undergraduate. We are mature and respectful people and the new roommate must possess similar qualities.
