About the room
Everything is fully furnished aside from your room and you are more than welcome to use any of my furniture or kitchen tools. All utilities and fast speed internet (1000gbps up and down) are included. There is a parking space in front of the garage that you will always have available to you.
There are two options (cost is per month):
Your own room with a shared bathroom for $1400 Your own room with your own bathroom for $2000 +$300 for your own space in my 2-car garage.
About the roomies
