About the room
Large room in a safe and quiet Beverly Hills neighborhood with a shared bathroom. Short 10-15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The lease would be through Bungalow Company (8 months minimum). An additional $150 in fees is applied each month for internet and shared living furniture (the room itself will come unfurnished). Please reach out with any questions!
About the roomies
Two other roommates live in the top part of this house (both young adults one male and one female). There is one bathroom available for the three rooms. However, both current roommates are quiet and respectful. I have had no issues with the bathroom being unavailable or any unwanted noise.
